are thrilled to introduce Sapori (literally taste) Restaurant to Blackpool as a stylish and contemporary Italian restaurant.
With over 25 years of experience working and managing Italian restaurants Ignazio is an enthusiastic, imaginative and experienced restaurateur with a fine palate. He is serious about sourcing and serving authentic Italian food and wines.
Along with his wife, Leila and a great team of staff he aims to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with great food and wine to compliment it.
Executive Chef Vincenzo Papa offers fresh, irresistible Italian cuisine, blending traditional flavours to create modern dishes. Vincenzo, originally from a small town outside Naples, began his culinary training at a very early age. Vincenzo sharpened his skills by working for the past 25 years in some of the Fylde Coast’s most popular Italian restaurants.
